The return policy for LocknLock is as follows:

New Items: The policy lasts 30 days. Refunds can't be offered on purchases that were made 30+ days ago. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that it was received, and in its original packaging.

Return Process: Within 30 days of delivery, access the Contact Us page on the LocknLock website. Include the proof of purchase (Order ID#) and return reason in the message. After confirming the return reason, instructions for returning the item(s) will be provided.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for sending the item(s). The refund will be credited back to the original method of payment in the amount of the original product price minus shipping costs (except in cases of defective or damaged items).
